The Love of Addiction

By day, Arlo is an aloof and artistic art teacher; by night, he is a compulsive gambler. Burdened by massive gambling debts, he is forced to sell himself at an exclusive club, where Zane becomes his "sponsor." The two enter into a contractual arrangement-Arlo insists on keeping his day job, while Zane warns him not to get "dirty," as he is a cleanliness obsessive. Arlo teases Zane not to fall for him, claiming he is straight and only in it for the money. Thus begins their double life: by day, a campus romance drama; by night, a dynamic duo dominating the underground gambling scene. Ultimately, their relationship evolves from transactional to true love, from casual partners to devoted lovers, with Zane helping Arlo overcome his gambling addiction-a story of mutual redemption.
